**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Senitor Associates. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining our digital client base, working closely with the Digital Sales Manager to ensure revenue and yield growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Own, support and develop the digital client base
* Work closely alongside the Digital Sales Manager to ensure revenue & yield growth
* Conduct sales presentations by telephone, Teams or face to face (when appropriate) to existing and prospective clients in order to develop existing business and generate new business
* Responsible for growth, service and maintenance of key accounts
* Advise on the most effective solution to meet client needs within the business portfolio with an emphasis on digital sales
* Continually seek new sales & opportunities and develop these in liaison with the Digital Sales Manager as necessary
* Achieve all pre-set sales targets ensuring a successful contribution to the business performance
