Resident Crane Service Specialist

The successful Resident Crane Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing large machines. In this role, you will be providing a high level of customer service through product knowledge and customer interaction.
The role will involve:
- Completing all preventive service, repair, warranty and inspection jobs allocated daily, to a high-quality standard
- Safely working on PLC & control systems
- Ensuring the efficient operation of cranes and other heavy machinery
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues
- Collaborating with the ACS Performance team to achieve business objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements
- Conducting thorough inspections of cranes and other equipment to identify potential issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged or worn-out parts
- Testing and verifying the functionality of repaired equipment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in crane maintenance and repair
- Strong technical knowledge of PLC & control systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
