Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
About the Role:- Provide hands-on nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience working in a care home setting, preferably with a similar population.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A competitive hourly rate of \u00a320.59.
