We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience working in a care home setting or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks.
