Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
