Property Manager - North London (Hybrid) - c£40k

We're working with a reputable North London property firm that specializes in managing small to medium-sized blocks and estates across Greater London, Herts, and Essex.

This company prides itself on its local nature and excellent customer service, seeking an additional Property Manager (or assistant looking to step up) with the following responsibilities:

  • 1-3 years' experience in block management, ideally managing smaller RTM sites with a strong sense of client accountability
  • Might suit an Assistant Property Manager ready to take on full Property Manager responsibility
  • Service-minded with exposure to a range of property management duties, including budget setting, site visits, insurance provision, and major works
  • Excellent communication skills (written/spoken) with a good grasp of Microsoft Office
  • Preference for independent practice, working within a friendly, supportive team
  • North London office base with hybrid working once settled

The successful Property Manager will enjoy excellent administrative and accounting support, as well as outstanding job security and long-term career prospects.

Salary for the successful Property Manager will start from £35k - £40k, with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
