We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at LQ Resorts. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling security.
  • Assist with reservations, room allocations, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless communication and efficient room preparation.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, responding to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
