Job Title: HR Manager

Prime Atlantic Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our employment processes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of this critical function within the business, reporting to the Operations Director and working closely with the Senior Leadership team to develop and implement a strategic HR vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's values and goals.
  • Managing and administering all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee learning and development, policy management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Developing and implementing HR systems to support business objectives.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing HR for a business or organization, ideally in the construction industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR role.
  • CIPD qualified (Level 5), or demonstrably working towards.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing others.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
