We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead our employment processes. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic HR vision that aligns with our company's values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and administer all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee learning and development, policy management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement HR systems to support business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to ensure effective HR practices.
- Proven experience managing HR for a business or organization, ideally in the construction industry.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR role.
- CIPD qualified (Level 5), or demonstrably working towards.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing others.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
