Senior Packaging Development Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Packaging Development Scientist to join our R&D Packaging team at Haleon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and sustainability in packaging development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex packaging development projects from concept to commercialization, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Develop and implement innovative packaging solutions that meet consumer needs, drive business growth, and minimize environmental impact.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest packaging trends, technologies, and regulations, and apply this knowledge to drive business success.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to identify and implement sustainable packaging solutions that meet our business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and supply chain teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, industrial design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging development, with a strong background in materials science, structural design, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of delivering complex packaging projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of packaging regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
