Senior Formulation/Analytical Development Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Formulation/Analytical Development Scientist to join our Oral Health team at Haleon. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of new products and formulations for our Oral Health brands.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute experiments to develop new formulations and analytical methods
- Lead projects to support brand innovation strategy, exercising technical sophistication and achieving assigned objectives
- Develop research plans to fit overall project objectives, ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with written procedures and quality standards
- Produce or contribute to departmental quality documentation, including SOPs, batch documentation, and manufacturing protocols
- Support specific safety and quality responsibilities for the department and site, including GMP, audits, and health and safety
- Deliver all EHS standards and expectations on site and within the laboratories
- Provide support to development scientists or contractors to facilitate completion of outsourced support activities
- Maintain precise experimental records, issue reports at project milestones, and write invention records to protect scientific discoveries
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in formulation and/or analytical development/method validation of consumer products, with excellent understanding of Drug and Food GMPs as relevant to Consumer Healthcare
- Preferred experience in product development project delivery, with excellent understanding of Drug and Food GMPs and familiar global regulatory requirements
