About the Role

Dove & Hawk is seeking a highly skilled and driven Sales Valuer to join their team in TW8. As a Sales Valuer, you will play a crucial role in driving expansion plans and making a significant impact in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring seamless handling and optimal results.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors, addressing their needs and concerns with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Pricing Strategy and Analysis: Conduct thorough market appraisals to determine property values and develop effective pricing strategies to drive sales.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Skillfully negotiate within the company's established fee structure, ensuring successful outcomes for clients and vendors.
  • Market Evaluation and Local Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the local market, including schools and amenities, to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven Experience: Previous experience as a senior sales professional or valuer in an estate agency, with a proven track record of success.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Success-Oriented and Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Industry Expertise and Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales processes and current regulations, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Driver's License: A valid driving license is a must for this role.
