The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to the department, with a focus on Purchase Ledger functions, including:
- Processing purchase invoices and credit notes
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank and cash allocations
- Supplier payment runs
- Liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve queries
- Month-end procedures
- Preparing a weekly cashflow forecast
