KPMG's Strategy & Performance Transformation Practice seeks a driven Associate Director to focus on Financial Services.

As part of a team that challenges conventional thinking and delivers impactful results, you will contribute to Growth Strategy, Deal Strategy, Cost and Operational Strategy, and Enterprise-wide Transformation initiatives.

We collaborate with senior executives across the financial sector to create and implement transformative opportunities that deliver value for shareholders, employees, and society. With a strong market demand for Enterprise-wide Transformation, Performance Improvement, and Growth Strategy services, we are dedicated to executing sustainable and profitable business strategies.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the Financial Services sector
  • Lead complex engagements, ensuring seamless day-to-day delivery and project success
  • Develop thought leadership within the industry and build a robust professional network
  • Mentor and develop project team members, providing guidance and performance appraisals
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives, shaping the future of our service offerings

Successful candidates will possess significant experience in strategy consulting or within the Financial Services industry, a proven track record of leading complex projects, and strong sales and business development skills.

Skills & Experience:
  • Extensive experience in strategy consulting or within the Financial Services sector
  • A deep understanding of value drivers and key performance indicators
  • Proven ability to manage high-value business development initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Academic excellence with a relevant degree
