About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Referencer to join our team in Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, and Cardiff. As a key member of our embedded AECOM project team, you will play a crucial role in delivering Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIP's) across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver land referencing projects for major infrastructure schemes, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Provide expert support to clients, ensuring seamless project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement timely resolutions to ensure project success.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to capture requirements and develop strong relationships.
  • Contribute to team growth activities and operational tasks, driving collaboration and innovation.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in land & property delivery for major infrastructure schemes.
  • Strong knowledge of Land Referencing and Statutory Process for DCO, Hybrid Bill, CPO, TWAO, WIA 1991 projects.
  • Familiarity with GIS systems and ability to analyze complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with external and internal stakeholders at all levels.
