Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Manager to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring the highest standard of care and support for individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care and support.
  • Manage a team of staff to provide person-centered care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Work closely with individuals, their families, and advocates to ensure their needs and wishes are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards of care.
  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans to meet the needs of individuals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of managing a team in a care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of autism and learning disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Level 4 QCF/Diploma in health and social care or equivalent.
