We are seeking a highly motivated Service Manager to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring the highest standard of care and support for individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care and support.
- Manage a team of staff to provide person-centered care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
- Work closely with individuals, their families, and advocates to ensure their needs and wishes are met.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards of care.
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans to meet the needs of individuals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of managing a team in a care setting.
- Strong knowledge of autism and learning disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Level 4 QCF/Diploma in health and social care or equivalent.
