Michael Page (UK) is proud to partner with a prominent private investment firm based in London, seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their Asset Management team.

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Vice President to lead the due diligence, performance, and legal documentation of asset-backed opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Insolvency and Restructuring, with expertise in asset protection and enhancement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines while providing strategic recommendations for asset protection and enhancement.
  • Lead the due diligence, performance, and legal documentation of asset-backed opportunities.
  • Develop asset management strategies with distressed borrowers to maximize return and manage the implementation of approved strategies.
  • Recommend asset management strategies involving re-gearing leases, purchase, and development of new security.
  • Prepare and evaluate cashflow forecasts, capital expenditure requirements, and variance analysis.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Excel and strong credit writing skills.
  • Profound understanding of investment ratios.
  • Experience in Insolvency Practice or Asset Management is highly desirable.
