About the Role
The Footwear Technologist will be part of a dedicated team and report to the General Technical Manager. This role will be hands-on and involve working with a range of footwear across men's, women's, and kids' categories.
We are looking for a Technologist who is:
- Experienced in footwear within the fashion industry and has a strong understanding of consumer product safety requirements.
- Able to interpret relevant legislation and ensure compliance.
- Skilled in risk assessment and product testing.
- An excellent communicator and team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
- Results-driven and proactive.
- Educated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business, or retail.
About the Recruitment Process:
The interview process will consist of two stages:
- Initial interview via MS Teams with the General Technical Manager and a member of the HR Team.
- Second interview, in person with the General Technical Manager and a member of the HR Team.
