Executive Assistant & Sales Role

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant & Sales professional to join our team at Express Self Storage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Manage invoicing processes for monthly customer billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
* Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility, both during opening hours and after hours.
* Work towards meeting sales and performance targets, implementing strategies to drive business growth.
* Receive bonuses based on achieving or exceeding set targets.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in customer service, office administration, sales, or facility management preferred.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
