* Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales strategies and performance metrics
* Coach team members to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide constructive feedback
* Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
* Encourage team development and progression, identifying training needs and opportunities
* Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
* Negotiate offers and agree sales, ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory requirements

Essential Skills:

* Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
* Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
* Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
* Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
* Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Good telephone manner
* Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
* Attention to detail

Requirements:

* Full UK driving license
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
* Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport/birth certificate)
* Proof of address
* National Insurance
* Drivers license check
