Role Responsibilities:
- Join a compassionate team committed to providing a nurturing environment for children and young people, under the guidance of senior management.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services and contribute to strategic planning for home developments, managing daily operations effectively.
- Lead a dedicated team and collaborate with other professionals to ensure tailored therapeutic support for each child, aiming for optimal outcomes.
- Serve as a positive influence for both staff and children, fostering relationships that encourage recovery, growth, and meaningful change.
- Supervise and coach team members, organize work schedules, facilitate training focused on care practices, and coordinate services to enhance childcare methodologies.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a residential childcare setting.
- Possession of NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and safeguarding protocols.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individual.
- Effective people management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Experience in budget management and scheduling.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts.
