We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Housing Advice Team as an Assistant Assertive Outreach Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively work with individuals to secure and maintain safe accommodation, promoting independent living and quality housing.
  • Employ a person-centred and strength-based approach to encourage customers to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to prevent homelessness and promote housing stability.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
  • Approachable and non-judgmental, with a patient and determined approach to supporting customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
