We are seeking a Temporary Front of House Receptionist to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As a Temporary Reception Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients in the Gatwick/Crawley area.
About the Role:
This Temporary Reception role is ideal for individuals who are available to start immediately and are flexible to work with clients around the Gatwick/Crawley area. You will be required to wear office attire when attending client bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Answering calls and responding to emails
- Performing facilities duties and providing general office support
- Supporting staff with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Great telephone manner
- Good organisation skills
- Well presented (office attire worn if attending a booking with a client)
