About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team at JAM Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the project team to deliver complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the engineering capability of new systems through design phases, procurement, manufacture, commissioning, and handover into operations.
  • Ensure that design documentation covers the scope of operations required by the Project Manager and is produced to agreed standards, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure that processes and activities being managed are appropriately documented with appropriate records maintained and configuration and quality controls applied.
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer with a degree in an appropriate engineering discipline.
  • Experience in a similar position and ability to demonstrate relevant knowledge and sound understanding of engineering practice required in the technical management of complex design development throughout the design lifecycle.
  • Sound project specification, planning, project management, and budgeting experience to support design, construction/manufacture, acceptance, installation, operation, and repair.
  • Experience of substantiation of process equipment for justification of Nuclear Safety Functions.
