The Role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotels, ensuring that our high standards of service and quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and delivery of staff training and induction processes
  • Utilize EPOS systems in bars to optimize sales and customer experience
  • Manage difficult customers in an appropriate manner
  • Manage cash handling and cash management
  • Manage staff rotas and wages
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with fellow staff and members/customers
  • Manage and motivate staff

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £31,200 per annum, based on 48 hours, working up to 6 days per week, plus incremental and performance pay reviews. We also offer continuous all-year-round employment, a supportive mental wellbeing and financial assistance package, and an extra paid day off for your birthday.
