Overview

As a key member of the Inotiv team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services to our customers. This includes managing contractual compliance, quality of service, and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of rental income, products, and services to tenants, licensees, and facility management customers.
  • Quality of Service: Provide and analyze KPIs, proactively managing performance to ensure consistent delivery of services to a high standard.
  • Profitability: Contribute to revenue and cost budgetary objectives for RMS Services, maintaining and growing the customer base.
  • Business Development: Drive the growth of Inotiv CRADL Services, identifying and delivering opportunities for continuous improvement and new product/service development.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership capabilities, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years' experience in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Commercial/Customer-Facing role in the life science industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the laboratory animal research industry, including regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proficient with advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of business-related processes/procedures terminology and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
