About the Role:

The Fitch Ratings Insurance team is seeking a dedicated Team Administrator to provide essential administrative support on a contract basis. This role primarily serves the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Financial Institutions Group, including managing tasks for senior executives and analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling rating committee meetings and related administrative tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling phone inquiries, managing mail distribution, filing, photocopying, printing, and ordering supplies.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including booking conference rooms and catering services.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and visas through the designated travel platform.
  • Prepare expense reports and liaise with the finance department for reimbursements.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist with offboarding procedures.
  • Help organize team-building and volunteer activities.
  • Provide coverage for the Personal Assistant/Team Administrator as needed.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and a logical approach to tasks.
  • Capable of prioritizing workload and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
