About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Administrator Assistant to join our dynamic team in London. As an Insurance Administrator Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering client queries, filing client correspondence, and updating quotation forms.
- Assist with compliance checks, pre-renewal changes, and chasing up renewal instructions and aged debt.
- Read and send reports, file documents, and maintain a high level of email communication.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance administration, ideally in Private Clients.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft filing systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
