Insurance Administrator Assistant

Capio Recruitment Insurance is seeking an experienced Insurance Administrator Assistant to join their dynamic team in London. As an Insurance Administrator Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, including answering client queries, filing client correspondence, and updating quotation forms.
- Conduct compliance checks, chase up renewal instructions, and manage aged debt.
- Prepare pre-renewal changes on forms received from clients and maintain accurate records.
- Support the team with reading and sending reports, filing, and staying on top of emails.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft filing systems.
- At least one year of experience in Insurance, preferably in Private Clients.
- Strong administrator skills and attention to detail.
