Position Summary:

  • We are in search of an experienced Technical Project Leader to manage technology infrastructure initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct the planning and implementation of technology infrastructure initiatives.
  • Strengthen PMO financial oversight by establishing effective processes and systems.
  • Formulate project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Identify and address project risks and challenges.
  • Provide updates and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective integration.
  • Oversee project budgets and enforce financial control measures.
  • Assess project outcomes and performance indicators.

Professional Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; PMP certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project leadership.
  • Strong grasp of IT infrastructure principles.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in an agile work environment is advantageous.
