Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our multi-disciplinary Rehab and Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will provide specialist dietetic assessment and treatment to patients with life-limiting illnesses, optimising their independence and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapeutic and rehabilitative interventions across a complex patient caseload in a specialist palliative care setting
  • Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality, goal-focussed patient care and support
  • Develop and maintain specialist knowledge and skills in palliative care rehabilitation
  • Contribute to the development of the Rehab and Wellbeing team, sharing expertise and best practices
