Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our multi-disciplinary team at St Christopher's Hospice. The successful candidate will provide specialist dietetic services to patients with life-limiting illnesses, working closely with our team to optimize their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist dietetic assessments and treatment plans for patients with life-limiting illnesses
  • Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, goal-focussed patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in palliative care nutrition

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian with a strong background in palliative care nutrition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with patients with complex medical conditions
