Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support role. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Design department, working closely with the Team Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Design department, including typing correspondence, taking and distributing minutes, filing, and other general administrative tasks.
* Manage the Team Director's diary and email, making appointments and travel arrangements as necessary.
* Update and maintain records as appropriate.
* Collate information for various packs.
* Register new developments with various companies.
* Liaise with and track certificates to issue to solicitors.
* Provide support to other departmental secretaries, including reception.
* Attend meetings as necessary.
* Comply with and uphold company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role is necessary.
* Competent with Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Can-do attitude and flexibility to assist in other departments.
