Position Overview:
Are you a skilled Forklift Operator with experience in counterbalance driving looking for a stable opportunity? Empowered Personnel Ltd is currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of FLT Counterbalance Driver.

Key Information:
This position primarily involves warehouse duties, with approximately 90% of the work focused on warehouse operations and 10% on forklift driving.

Work Schedule:
Flexibility is essential as the role requires rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, including:
- Morning Shift: 6am-2pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2pm-10pm
- Twilight Shift: 4pm-midnight or 6pm-2am

Core Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Efficiently process customer orders using carriers, cages, stillages, or pallets.
  • Forklift Operation: Safely operate a counterbalance forklift for transporting goods within the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Utilize RF scanners for accurate goods put-away, ensuring effective inventory control.
  • Manual Handling: Assist with the lifting of goods, adhering to safety protocols for heavy items (up to 20kg).

What We Provide:
  • Competitive Compensation: Earn £14.76 per hour, totaling £30,700.80 annually.
  • Full Shift Pay: Receive payment for the entire 8-hour shift, including breaks.
