We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team at Tower Hamlets GP Care Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events, training sessions, and workshops to support the development and implementation of multi-disciplinary professional development sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate events, including the planning, advertising, and evaluation of programmes.
- Support the delivery of the Community Education Provider Network (CEPN) programme through events coordination.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of Education & Training programmes.
- Provide administrative assistance in organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, databases, and documentation.
- Support in collating learning needs surveys and lead on producing reports from outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have experience in event coordination, training delivery, and administration.
