About the Role

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing UK corporate tax relationships with a range of clients, providing tax advice and guidance on complex tax situations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored tax solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage UK corporate tax relationships with clients, providing tax advice and guidance on complex tax situations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and developing tailored tax solutions.
- Collaborate with the Mergers and Acquisitions practice to advise on tax implications of transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, providing guidance to clients on tax planning and compliance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.What We Offer
