Job Title: Pharmacy and Optical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy and Optical Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a productive and efficient manner.
  • Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide support in the optical department as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is not essential, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and able to cover staff shortages as needed.
  • Trustworthy and honest in all aspects of the job.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work every Saturday and 7.30pm finish during weekdays.
