Pharmacy Support Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Werrington Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and supporting our team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing duties to meet the needs of our customers and the pharmacy.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, supporting each other to deliver excellent patient care.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, willing to cover staff shortages and adjust to changing circumstances as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Not essential, but previous experience in a customer-facing role or pharmacy environment would be beneficial.
- Training: We offer training and development opportunities, including the option to enroll on an NVQ2 course or apprenticeship scheme.
- Availability: Availability to work every Saturday and flexible hours during weekdays, including a 7.30pm finish.
