Housing Support Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Accommodation Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting Service Users gain access to suitable accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Service Users in accessing all suitable accommodation options
- Collaborate with multiple partner agencies, including the Local Authority, Housing Strategy Teams, and Landlords, to achieve successful housing outcomes
- Conduct assessments with referred Service Users to determine the appropriate level of support required
- Provide intensive support to Service Users on a one-to-one basis and in group settings, dependent on need
- Work with colleagues in partner agencies to achieve successful housing outcomes
Requirements
- Experience working with vulnerable or challenging individuals, such as those with complex needs
- Case Management experience, including managing multiple individuals and their expectations
