About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Culinary Director to join our team at Phoenix Resourcing Services Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with our restaurant management team to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain our competitive edge

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Culinary Director in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for innovation and creativity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
