About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and organized individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Foreman, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our logistics and removals operations, implementing process improvements, and developing procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Develop and maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environmentStrong organizational and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsQualification in logistics or supply chain management (desirable)Driving license and forklift truck license (essential)
