Job Title: Warehouse Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse operating systems to optimize storage and handling processes.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve warehouse operations.
  • Conduct daily equipment checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to implement process improvements and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Driving license and forklift truck license (essential).
  • Containerized storage experience (desirable).
