Job Title: Warehouse Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Foreman to join our team at Johnsons 1871 Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations
  • Develop and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Conduct daily equipment checks and maintain a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless logistics operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a focus on logistics and supply chain management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualification in logistics or supply chain management (desirable)
  • Driving license and forklift truck license (essential)
