About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our growing in-house Creative Studio. Reporting to our Creative Lead, you will be responsible for developing impactful, engaging, and relevant work across both sides of our marketplace. Your designs should resonate with target audiences, drive growth, and effectively communicate our core message.

You will collaborate with a team of designers and copywriters, working alongside producers and external partners to deliver exceptional creative solutions. As a strategic thinker and problem solver, you will contribute business-driving ideas and ensure visual excellence across all platforms and channels.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop creative concepts for various communications, including high-visibility print campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, social media content, growth strategies, and performance marketing materials.
  • Conceptualize designs that consider industry trends and best practices, ensuring your choices are driven by a deep understanding of our customers.
  • Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to external agencies and freelance talent, maintaining a consistent brand identity across all projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas and contribute to the development of compelling creative strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our work remains fresh and impactful.
