About the Role:

As a Senior Brand Designer at aspexx, you will play a pivotal role in developing and creating world-class brand experiences that elevate our clients' brands to new heights. We are seeking a visionary Senior Designer to join our talented creative team and contribute to the evolution of our brand by exploring unique ideas, production processes, approaches, methods, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative materials from briefing through concept, execution, and production, with guidance from the creative director and Design Leads.
  • Contribute to the development of our brand by exploring innovative ideas, production processes, approaches, methods, and solutions.
  • Ensure design consistency and excellence across a variety of deliverables and brand touchpoints.
  • Ensure thoughtful visual consistency and quality across multiple areas of work by sharing progress, providing thoughtful critique, and working collaboratively with Brand designers, copywriters, partners, and leadership.
  • Effectively manage upwards and downwards when the situation requires escalation or delegation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Designer, preferably with a background in luxury, tourism, or placemaking.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, ideally showcasing some of the industries mentioned.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working within a fast-paced design agency environment.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage clients where needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.
