About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Designer to join our team at Career Moves Group. As a Senior Brand Designer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining visual design systems and brand development across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop design guidelines and creative solutions for our brand.
  • Work closely with Creative Directors, Design Leads, and Designers across different locations and time zones to ensure timely and organized delivery of design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and brand development across our portfolio, including digital, print, social, retail, and packaging channels.
  • Advocate for brand solutions and design quality, using solid rationale and strong communication skills.
  • Translate complex tasks into user-friendly solutions and create integrated solves that reflect our current and future brand vision.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a multidisciplinary background in brand identities and design systems.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, art direction, typography, photography, retouching, layouts & grids, and color strategy.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners from conception to execution.
  • Proficiency in presenting and pitching creative concepts and ideas to senior leaders and internal/external partners.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Systems thinking experience navigating complex matrices, managing stakeholders, and balancing enterprise-level considerations with attention to detail.
  • A link to an online portfolio showcasing your work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with VR hardware and software.
  • Experience marketing physical products.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand design, either in an ad agency or in-house studio environment.
  • Future-first mindset, and experience creating new platforms, including augmented, virtual, or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc.
  • Fluent in Figma, including prototyping skills.
  • Technology industry experience.
  • Experience pursuing emerging technologies.
  • Experience with 3D software and After Effects (motion design and video editing).
