THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Advisor to represent our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, promote our light electric vehicle rental options, and foster a welcoming store atmosphere.

Your Mission:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by guiding customers through product information, lease agreements, and rental processes.
  • Meet customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Enhance the store environment with your expert product knowledge.
  • Accurately and efficiently handle lease agreements and rental transactions.
  • Assist in store operations, including inventory management and customer data oversight.

Your Superpowers:

  • Experience in a customer-facing position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with retail POS systems
  • Knowledge of the last-mile delivery sector is preferred
