Key Responsibilities- Support the teaching and learning process by providing individualised support to pupils with SEMH difficulties
- Assist in the development and implementation of behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour choices
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the needs of all pupils are met
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support the development of pupils' social, emotional and mental health skills
- Level 2 qualification in Maths and English
- Experience of working with pupils with SEMH difficulties
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team
- Passion for supporting pupils with SEMH difficulties
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
