About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant in Emergency Medicine to join our team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Urgent and Emergency Care division, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Emergency Departments and Medical Assessment Units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical assessment, treatment, and supervision to patients attending the Emergency Department
  • Participate in the on-call consultant rota and cover for colleague's absence from duty
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection and processing, complying with Trust Data Quality Policy and information Governance Procedures
  • Develop and implement effective care pathways and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
