Key ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with safety professionals, you will be responsible for delivering essential training related to risk assessments and ensuring the safe execution of all project-related activities.
As a Senior Project Management Leader, your duties will encompass:
- Coordinating and preparing project operations, including the development of loading lists.
- Leading and managing team members while considering their individual skills and contract obligations.
- Executing specialized tasks such as dense loading and providing expert training as per qualifications.
- Accurately submitting and completing all relevant project data.
- Assisting in workshop activities and contributing to project preparation and training as needed.
- Maintaining direct communication with the Business Unit Manager, Supervisors, and team members.
- Actively participating in the implementation of the company's principles and the QSHE management system.
- Engaging in Buchen ICS Group projects when required.
- Evaluating supervisors and operatives to identify areas for improvement and potential training needs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record in project management.
- Strong determination and persistence to see projects through to completion.
- Exceptional prioritization skills to manage various tasks contributing to project deliverables.
- Expertise in managing costs, risks, and contingencies.
- Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies, including waterfall, spiral development, agile, and scrum.
